AFB88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between AFB88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the User", "Player", "your") in connection with your use of the AFB88 website located at https://afb88.cam and all associated products, services, games, wagering, and promotions offered therein (collectively, "the Platform", "the Service").

AFB88 is an internationally licensed online gaming operator providing sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and related gaming services to eligible users, including Malaysian players. The Platform transacts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and supports local Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through AFB88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the AFB88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by AFB88.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a Player to their AFB88 Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by AFB88 before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the AFB88 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at https://afb88.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to use the Service under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to their registered payment method.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used natively throughout the AFB88 Platform.

The AFB88 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. AFB88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and all balances — including any winings — forfeited without compensation.

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing bets on AFB88. The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to Malaysian players. AFB88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Users located in restricted jurisdictions must not attempt to access the Platform through VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention method.

To register a valid AFB88 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of AFB88 or any of its affiliated companies;
• Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from AFB88 or any affiliated platform;
• Hold only one account the AFB88 Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold strictly one (1) registered account on AFB88. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, and any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally. AFB88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact AFB88 support immediately.

You are required to ensure that all account information, including your name, address, contact details, and payment method information, remains accurate and up to date at all times. AFB88 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Before processing any withdrawal, AFB88 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. AFB88 may request additional documentation at its discretion for fraud prevention, AML compliance, or regulatory purposes.

AFB88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (BTC, USDT) are also accepted. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits apply per method and per day — consult the payment information section of the Platform for current limits. AFB88 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

AFB88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; standard bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines apply after completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. AFB88 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By depositing funds on AFB88, you represent and warrant that all funds are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. AFB88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by AFB88 are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms stated in the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated with each promotion. As a general guide, AFB88's current welcome bonus wagering requirements are:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount
• 188% Esports Champion Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus: No wagering requirement — credited as real cash

Each welcome bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. AFB88 reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, whether through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies, systematic low-risk wagering across complementary outcomes, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.

Bonus funds not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. AFB88 will provide reasonable notice of upcoming bonus expiry through the Player's registered email address or on-platform notification.

All bets placed on AFB88 are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform issues an explicit acceptance confirmation. AFB88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including cases of technical errors, obvious price errors, or where AFB88 has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or irregular betting patterns.

In the event of a palpable or obvious error in the display of odds or game results — including typographical errors, data feed errors, or system malfunctions — AFB88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. This applies to all betting markets including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, and all casino games.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on the event, market, odds, and the Player's account history. AFB88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account without prior notice.

All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, AFB88's determination shall be final. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AFB88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or collusion with other players;
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies across markets in violation of the spirit of fair play;
• Use of multiple accounts or third-party accounts to claim promotional bonuses;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Money laundering or depositing funds sourced from unlawful activities;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention tool;
• Hacking, cracking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to compromise the integrity of the Platform;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at AFB88 staff or other Players.

AFB88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all AFB88 account holders directly from the account settings dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, display, copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of AFB88.

The AFB88 name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFB88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, system outages, or errors outside the direct control of AFB88;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or any other payment network;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security;
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Any action taken by AFB88 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture for violations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AFB88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

AFB88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where AFB88 determines, at its sole discretion, that: the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; continued operation of the account poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform; or regulatory or legal obligations require the closure of the account.

Players may request closure of their AFB88 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure request, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Termination of your AFB88 account does not extinguish any obligations or rights that acrued prior to termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AFB88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of a written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body. The language of any arbitral proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents AFB88 from seeking urgent or interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including the enforcement of its intellectual property rights or prevention of fraudulent conduct.

AFB88 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — AFB88 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform; an email notification sent to your registered email address; or an on-platform pop-up notification.

Your continued use of the AFB88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision date. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
